And you were so much gooder than him, he messaged me plaintively at 5.30 saying ‘Jo, do I realllly have to wait til tomorrow, I want to have some now!’

I let him, for scientific purposes, and he agreed to his surprise, it’s better next day :)

I’m going to smooth it more next time, it looks rustic in the extreme there :)
