My New site: Beating RSI
I kept intending to write an RSI post here; tips on beating RSI - based on my own experience. Then I had a bad relapse and didn't feel so cocky. But in the meantime I realised I had much more to say than I could fit in one blog post. So I've started a new blog: Ways to beat RSI at www.beatingrsi.com. Please spread the word if you think it worthwhile.
I'm using Wordpress this time as opposed to blogger and Wordpress wins hands down. From setup, to redesigning, to writing posts and managing the blog. Big thumbs up to the Wordpress people.

Well if it only happens when you're using your computer you should definitely keep an eye on it. Consider yourself very lucky if you've found something that you can nip in the bud though.

I work in IT and have worked for a number of years for a law firm in London. We took RSI extremely seriously. I deployed an enterprise piece of software to prevent this. Believe me when I have seen legal secretaries crippled with this.

Hi Bob. I quite easily believe you. Are you talking about some kind of stretchbreak software throughout the office. That sounds great. I can imagine you'd get a good few moany feckers when it kicked in though.
